2.1. Legal bases and purposes of the processing

The legal basis of the subscription is your voluntary declaration based on your consent. The data provided during registration is processed exclusively for the purpose of sending newsletters.

2.2. Scope of the data processed and duration of the processing

The personal data processed is the email address provided during registration.
We process the data from the moment of subscription until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, no further newsletters are sent.
You may withdraw your consent at any time through our controller’s contact details or via the newsletter. Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
We do not carry out automated decision-making in connection with subscriptions or newsletters sent, and we do not collect personal data about you from third parties.

3.1. Legal bases and purposes of the processing

If you send fps ecosystem Kft. your CV or other documents containing your personal data, you voluntarily and expressly consent to the processing of the submitted documents, your name and your email address by fps ecosystem Kft. for the purpose of assessing the advertised position.

3.2. Scope of the data processed and duration of the processing

CVs and other related documents typically contain the following data: name, address, phone number, email address, education, previous workplaces, qualifications, skills, references, positions applied for, salary expectations.
Your consent applies from the submission of your application until the given position is filled. You may withdraw your consent at any time through our controller’s contact details. We delete the data immediately after the position is filled or your consent is withdrawn. Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

3.3. Recipients of the personal data

The recorded personal data may only be accessed by the persons involved in evaluating the position within the company. CVs are stored on Google Drive; CVs and other documents are received at the job@fps.hu address. The website developer:

4. Personal data processed in connection with unsuccessful job applications

4.1. Legal bases and purposes of the processing

You have sent fps ecosystem Kft. your CV and other documents containing your personal data, thereby voluntarily and expressly consenting to the processing of the submitted documents, your name and your email address, so that we can use them for the purpose of assessing a potentially vacant future position.

4.2. Scope of the data processed and duration of the processing

CVs and other related documents typically contain the following data: name, address, phone number, email address, education, previous workplaces, qualifications, skills, references, positions applied for, salary expectations.
fps ecosystem Kft. processes the data only for 12 months from the date of this information notice; however, you may withdraw your consent at any time before the expiry of this period through our controller’s contact details. Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
We process the data for 12 months or until you withdraw your consent, after which we delete it.

4.3. Recipients of the personal data

The recorded personal data may only be accessed by the persons involved in evaluating the position within the company. CVs are stored on Google Drive; CVs and other documents are received at the job@fps.hu address. The website developer:

6. Information on cookies

6.1. Cookies and web beacons

A cookie is a small information package consisting of letters and numbers. The web server automatically sends the cookie to the visitor’s browser when the website is visited for the first time. To measure traffic on the website we use Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft Clarity (operated by Microsoft Corporation). These services place cookies and collect aggregated, statistical data during the visit (for example pages viewed, device type and browser, approximate geographical location, clicks, and mouse-movement-based heatmaps) for the purpose of improving the user experience and our services. Microsoft Clarity may also make an anonymous session recording (session replay), which automatically masks any confidential data entered.

The cookies and measurement of Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are activated only after your prior consent, which you can give by clicking the “Accept” button on the cookie banner displayed at the bottom of the website. If you do not consent (by closing the banner), these services do not place measurement cookies and do not collect data. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your browser’s cookies. The data collected by these services may also be transferred to the United States, subject to the appropriate data protection safeguards of Google and Microsoft (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

7. Information on personal data processed in connection with user testing

7.1. Legal bases and purposes of the processing

The legal basis for processing the personal data is your voluntary declaration based on your consent. We process the data in order to identify you, to evaluate the tests, and to provide feedback to you.
The purpose of the processing is to test the usability of the online interface created and to collect user feedback in order to improve the interface.

7.2. Scope of the data processed and duration of the processing

During the test, the following data is processed and stored:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Screen recording of the testing process
Image/portrait
The data is processed until the given project is closed, but for a maximum of 30 days, after which it is deleted.
You may withdraw your consent at any time through any of our contact details below.
Please note that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

7.3. Recipients of the personal data

The data provided may be accessed by our staff involved in testing.

8. Processing of personal data of persons under the age of 16

The personal data of a person under the age of 16 may only be processed with the consent of the adult exercising parental supervision over them. The controller is not able to verify the authorisation of the consenting person or the content of their declaration, so the user, or the person exercising parental supervision over them, warrants that the consent complies with the law. In the absence of a consent declaration, the controller does not collect personal data relating to a data subject under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under the age of 16, we will take the necessary steps to delete the data as soon as possible.

9. Your rights

You are entitled at any time to request information from fps ecosystem Kft. about your personal data processed by us and named in this notice, the purpose, legal basis and duration of the processing, as well as who receives or has received your data and for what purpose. You are entitled at any time to request that fps ecosystem Kft. rectify your inaccurate personal data or complete your incomplete personal data. (for each processing activity)

You are entitled at any time to request that our company transfer your personal data processed by us in electronic form to you or to another controller in a commonly used format. (for each processing activity)

You are entitled at any time to request that fps ecosystem Kft. restrict the processing. In the case of restriction of processing, fps ecosystem Kft. may, with the exception of storage, process the personal data only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another person. You may request the restriction of the processing of personal data if

you contest the accuracy of the personal data, the processing is unlawful, you oppose the erasure of the personal data, fps ecosystem Kft. no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require the restriction of the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or fps ecosystem Kft. will inform you before the restriction of processing is lifted. You are entitled at any time to request that we erase your personal data. fps ecosystem Kft. erases your personal data if

fps ecosystem Kft. no longer needs the personal data for the purpose for which it was collected or processed, you object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, your personal data has been processed unlawfully, or fps ecosystem Kft. is required to erase the personal data to comply with a legal obligation. fps ecosystem Kft. examines requests relating to data processing within a maximum of 30 days of their submission, decides on their merits, and informs the applicant of its decision in writing.
